Medicine & Society is an online outreach programme for young people interested in pursuing university study in biological or medical sciences.
This is one of 麻豆社's Subject Insight Programmes.
Applications will open in early 2025 for the next stream of the programme, to take place in spring 2025.

Who is this programme aimed at?
This online programme is aimed at students who hope to study a course related to biological, psychological, or medical sciences at university and who enjoy being stretched and challenged outside the classroom. The programme is free of charge.
The programme is open to all students who are in Year 12 (England/Wales), S5 (Scotland) or Year 13 (Northern Ireland) at a state (non fee-paying) school or college and who are taking at least two of the following subjects at A Level, IB Higher Level or Scottish Advanced Highers:
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Further Mathematics
- Physics
Please note: students must obtain parental/guardian permission to take part in this programme.
In the event that the programme is over-subscribed, students who meet Widening Participation criteria will be prioritised (please visit this page for a full list of criteria).
